December 2OOO Dear Brethren, Thank God for two teen boys who were saved with Chester and Monchito near pastor Smith's orphanage. Pastor Max and family are taking care of the " Home of Love " while the Smiths are in the States. There are now five children in the Home (three new ones since the pastor went to the States). Marvin is a sweet two-year-old blond that is always smiling. Jorge is 12. He was saved and baptized after coming to the Home. Karen is 14. She comes from a Mortnon background. She claimed to be saved but is having doubts. Yesenia is 14. She just arrived. Pray that she will be saved soon. Lineydi is 12. She was saved with Chester last Saturday, about two days after she came to the Home. Pastor Smith has raised more funds for the Home. Sickness: Pastor Monchito , bad chest cold His wife ana, lump in her throat Pastor Erik , bad voice trouble Pastor Smith , prostate operation His wife Barbara , may have to have a kidney operation Chester , asthma and weak Pedro and Monchito are helping Chester with the preaching. Both are getting better all the time. Needs- $800 to overhaul the truck $400 more for the portable amplifier Money for new church property We have had a great year and are looking forward to greater things in 2001.
