Bridge Maintenance

With many streams present in East Hopewell Township, bridges are vital to the road system. In order to keep roadways in operation, regular bridge maintenance is performed. It is the duty of the Public Works Department to:

  • Coordinate bridge inspection activities
  • Conduct bridge repair projects
  • Keep current on bridge maintenance technology
  • Monitor waterways and their affect on bridges
