Large and Bulk Trash Collection

East Hopewell Township offers Big Trash Collection annually each April. The date for 2009 is April 25. Large items may be brought to the East Hopewell Township Office for disposal between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:30 am on this date. Proof of residency such as a copy of your tax bill is required.

The following items will not be accepted:

• Construction Materials
• Tarpaper
• Insulation
• Shingles
• drywall
• Bricks, Blocks, or Stones
• lumber or wood over 3.5 ft. in length
• Hazardous Materials
• Bags of leaves or grass clippings
• Tires on the rim**
• Household Trash
• Propane Tanks

** Four car tires (without rims) per household will be accepted.
Reliable Sanitation Co. has the right to refuse any items.
