WALK 1 10 km:  This walks at the YWCA. The trail takes in the most of the fighting on the first day of the battle. This walk includes Seminary Ridge, the Rail Road Cut, Oak Ridge with the Peace Light, Barlow Knoll, and the north and west areas of Gettysburg. The trail is mostly on paved park roads and city sidewalks with short distance of road shoulders. The trail is rated 1+, suitable for wheel chairs and strollers. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash.

WALK 2 10 km: You must drive from the start point to the Visitors Center to start this walk. The trail takes in some of the area of the fighting on the second day of the battle. This walk includes the National Cemetery, the Jennie Wade House, Culp's Hill, Spangler's Spring and the south and east areas of Gettysburg. The trail is entirely on paved park roads and city sidewalks. The trail is rated 2, suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Pets are not allowed in the cemetery.

WALK 3 10 km: You must drive from the start point to the Visitors Centers to start this walk. The trail takes in most of the areas of the fighting on the third day of the battle; it also includes areas of the fighting on the second day. This walk includes the Peach Orchard, the Wheat Field, Devil's Den, Little Round Top, and the Angle at the High Water Mark, site of Pickett's Charge. The trail is entirely on paved park roads and sidewalks within the National Military Park. The trail is rated 2, suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in the cemetery.

WALK 3 15 km option: This walk starts at the YWCA and includes the Confederate line on Seminary Ridge plus the 10 km trail, the National Cemetery, and the south and west areas of Gettysburg. You will walk on some shoulders and city sidewalks on the option.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION:
Mostly on natural surfaces through the woods, with one significant and a few moderate hills.  Trails is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. Weather will affect the trail rating. Trail will cross some roads, pass a lake and a dam. Will also visit a nature center. Trail marked for volksmarchers
